Order Cancellation Rights

You can cancel your order online at any time before it ships. If you wish to cancel after your order has shipped, please contact us using one of the methods below:

If an order has already shipped, the cost of rerouting and return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds are processed within 14 days after receiving the returned item. The amount will be credited to your original payment method.


Return Categories

1. Buyer’s Remorse (Change of Mind or Doesn’t Suit Buyer’s Needs)

If you decide that the item does not suit your needs, you are responsible for the return shipping cost.

Restocking fees may apply if:

  • Open Box: Purchased within 90 days
  • Refurbished: Purchased within 180 days
  • In its original packaging

  • Adult toys
  • Hygiene-related products (if unsealed after delivery)
  • Items that cannot be separated after delivery
